Faith & Life Courses
Faith & Life Courses offer an opportunity for believers to come to a fuller and richer understanding of the Christian faith. Courses in biblical studies, historical theology and systematic theology are offered on a regular basis and form the foundation of a serious biblical world and life view. Occasionally other topics, such as spiritual theology, are offered as well. These classes last eight to twelve weeks and offer an in-depth study of Christian truth. Sessions usually last two and a half hours and meet once a week. Faith & Life Courses are normally smaller in enrollment than the Lecture Series, and often include more discussion and interaction among the students. These courses are held either at the Center for Christian Study or at one of our partnering Charlottesville Churches such as Trinity Presbyterian Church (PCA), Meadows Presbyterian (PCUSA), or All Saints Anglican Church (APA).
Through an arrangement with Reformed Theological Seminary's Washington, D.C.-area branch, some students have the option of earning graduate credit. For more information contact Carl Briggs at the Center for Christian Study at carl@studycenter.net
