Homo Sapiens: A Forum for Developing a Philosophy of Life
In many academic environments today, tame, atomistic discussions are the norm. In contrast, Homo Sapiens: A Forum for Developing a Philosophy of Life addresses the larger questions of life, intelligently and intentionally. Playing on the title Homo Sapiens—which not only names our species but is literally translated “wise man”— this program gives Christians and non-Christians, students and non-students, as well as laypersons and clergy a forum to discuss together issues of truth. This programs generally occurs once a semester and is open to the public.
