Richard Winter is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, United Kingdom, and served as senior resident in psychiatry at Bristol General Hospital in England before joining the staff at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis. He is formerly with the English L'Abri Fellowship. Winter's other books include The Roots of Sorrow: Reflections on Depression and Hope, Choose Life: A Christian Perspective on Abortion and Embryo Experimentation, and Still Bored in a Culture of Entertainment.
