Board Member

Mike Smith is President of Kane Realty Corporation, a Raleigh, NC based commercial and mixed-use real estate development company. Mike and his wife of 25 years, Mary Dee, have three children, one of which is currently an undergraduate student at UVA. Mike received his Bachelor’s from Wake Forest University and holds a MBA from the University of North Carolina. He is an active volunteer at Wake Forest University, currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at St. David's School, and serves as a board member on several civic in the greater Raleigh area. He and his family worship at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Raleigh. He has become a big fan of Charlottesville and loves to visit frequently.
