Part One: Under the Banner of Emptiness

This session considers the lies we believe about beauty, body image, and eating. All of these have everything to do with intimacy and the ways in which we turn loneliness into a force that propels us into addiction, and can trap us into living empty lives.

Part Two: Under the Banner of Freedom

This session explores the truth regarding beauty, body image, and eating. It invites us to take a leap into the kindness of God and discover how our longings for intimacy were intended to lead us into a free life—free to love and to be loved.
