Our Work, God’s Vocation: How Faith Affects All We Do in This World

September 14, 2013

It is easy for Christians to wonder about the value of what they do. Sometimes we are tempted to see our work as insignificant or secondary to our "true" calling. At other times we are tempted to place too much meaning in our job, expecting to find all of our fulfillment there.

This seminar will seek to address this question, beginning with God's purposes in creation for human doing, continuing with the corruption of human doing in the fall (and in Israel's experience under the law), and concluding with the fulfillment of human doing in Christ and his church.
