The writing and life of Wendell Berry has transformed the imaginations of presidents and professors, unknown farmers and A-list celebrities. He fails to fit neatly into our tribal boxes, and so weilds his words in prophetic criticism of modern, technological, captialistic society in a way that hits home for all of us. But he doesn't stop with critique. He frees the minds of his readers to dream bigger and long for more from life, love, work, and community.
