Our next guest: Brittany Fan (04/10)

Brittany Fan is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she studied Studio Art, Art History, and Arts Administration, in addition to completing a Masters in Education. Having a love of all things creative, her practices include painting, photography, illustration, ceramics, floral design, and last but certainly not least, her pursuit of graphic design as a senior editorial designer at Journey Group. Brittany finds inspiration in the natural world and in the themes of hope, renewal, and human connection.

When she's not making art, she's often found wandering to places near and far, trekking up mountains, gathering people over a home cooked meal, or tending to her chaotic garden. She has served on the board of New City Arts Initiative and on the steering committee for a future Charlottesville Area Arts Coalition, is currently on the board of Benediction Farm, and is involved with several other arts and faith-based non-profits.
