Foundations Week is a four-day program designed for incoming first-year students. Foundations Week eases students’ transitions into college life by providing Christian community at UVA hours after they’ve moved into their first dorm room.

Why not start college with a dozen new friends!? During Foundations Week, students share meals together, participate in Bible studies, and get acclimated to Charlottesville through an around-town scavenger hunt. Foundations Week 2023 will be held August 14-17.

Applications are due on June 1, 2023. After June 1, new applicants will automatically be added to our waitlist.
