As Christians, we are called to proclaim our allegiance to a King, not to a political party. What are the implications of this for how we live in a democracy? Using Preston Sprinkle's book Exiles: The Church in the Shadow of the Empire, we'll consider what we can learn from the metaphor of exile in the Bible, and what it means for us as Christians living in America today.
