Pray for these dedicated Graduate students as they enter the pressures of exams. Pray that they would lay these challenges at the feet of Jesus for his kingdom.

Pray that students of the faith would be able to communicate the joy and privilege of knowing Jesus Christ as savior to their friends and fellow students.

Pray for students who are graduating this year that they would see uncertainties and challenges of the future as an opportunity to discover the Lord’s abiding love around every corner.

Pray for students who face challenges in their academics, and increasingly, the challenges of a culture that is suspicious about anyone who acknowledges Jesus Christ. Pray that students would have opportunities to express genuine love and truth to fellow students and faculty.

We pray for graduate students at the University of Virginia. Give them, O Lord, steadfast hearts, which no unworthy thought can drag down; unconquered hearts, which no tribulation can wear out; upright hearts, which no unworthy purpose can tempt aside. Bestow upon them understanding to know you, diligence to seek you, wisdom to find you, and faithfulness that finally may embrace you. Amen.

Almighty God, by your gift alone we come to wisdom and true understanding: Look with favor, we pray, on our universities, colleges, and schools, especially the University of Virginia, that knowledge may be increased among us, and all good learning flourish and abound. Bless those who teach and those who learn; and grant that in humility of heart they may ever look to you, the fountain of all wisdom; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
