Pray for a spirit of unity among the many fellowship groups, that we may be one in pointing to Jesus on Grounds.

Pray for the financial and logistical support needed to sustain Grounds Ministries, that the Lord would provide for their needs and bless their work.

Pray for faithfulness in all teaching and exhortation from Grounds Ministries at UVA.

Pray that students would find a home in a Grounds Ministry during their time at UVA, that it would deepen their faith and provide rich Christian community.

O Lord, our heavenly Father, whose blessed Son came not to be served, but to serve; we ask you to bless all who, following in his steps, give themselves to serve students at UVA. Fill them with wisdom, patience, and courage to strengthen the weak and raise up those who fall; that, being inspired by your love, they may worthily minister in your name to students, especially those who are suffering, friendless, or in need; For the sake of him who laid down his life for us, your Son our Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

Almighty God, by your gift alone we come to wisdom and true understanding: Look with favor, we pray, on our universities, colleges, and schools, especially the University of Virginia, that knowledge may be increased among us, and all good learning flourish and abound.
