Pray that the Lord shelters the University of Virginia from harm, guiding the many leaders and administrators to make Godly decisions for the University.

Pray that UVA leaders and administrators have opportunities to nurture their faith and develop a relationship with the Lord. (If you prefer to pray by name, you can find the University's senior leadership here.)

Almighty God, our heavenly Father, send down on the leaders and administrators of UVA, especially Jim Ryan, the spirit of wisdom, love, and justice, that with steadfast purpose they may serve in their offices to promote the well-being of all in the UVA community, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Almighty God, by your gift alone we come to wisdom and true understanding: Look with favor, we pray, on our universities, colleges, and schools, especially the University of Virginia, that knowledge may be increased among us, and all good learning flourish and abound. Bless those who teach and those who learn; and grant that in humility of heart they may ever look to you, the fountain of all wisdom; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
